Registration Steps

  1. Create an account, register your information and an application confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  2. Access the payment link shown on the application confirmation email (an invoice attached) and proceed with the credit card payment.
  3. Your registration will be completed once you receive the payment confirmation email (a receipt attached).
  • *If you wish to add an accompanying person after you complete your registration, please create another account for the accompanying person and register him/her separately from your registration.

Payment Method and Deadline

Payment can only be made by credit card. In case you have difficulty paying the fee by credit card, please contact the Registration Desk at wvac2026-reg@convention.co.jp.
Please complete your payment in a maximum of 15 days after starting your Registration.
Onsite payments will not be permitted.


Terms and Conditions

The Japan Veterinary Medical Association (JVMA) reserves the right to cancel or postpone the WVAC 2026 or to change the schedule, venue, or style of the congress without prior notice, due to any event of force majeure. Such causes include, but are not limited to power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
If the above-mentioned event happens prior to the congress causing the JVMA to be unable to hold the congress, it shall refund the registration fee in principle with deduction of costs for related actual expenses occurred by the JVMA for the preparation of the congress. In such case, the JVMA shall not be liable for any costs paid by a registered participant such as travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs. In case it happens during the congress period, the JVMA shall neither refund registration fees nor other expenses paid by a registered participant.
All registration and cancellation procedures are managed by the JVMA. The WVA is not involved in these administrative processes.


Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable once completed. Please note this before making your payment.


Privacy Policy

All personal information obtained through this registration process will be controlled by WVA and will be used for the purpose of the WVAC 2026 organized by the JVMA. Additionally, by submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that WVA may send you future event-related information by email. The registration management is entrusted to Japan Convention Services, Inc. Please read and agree to the privacy policy of Japan Convention Services, Inc. The information may be provided to partner companies (e.g., venue, catering, etc.) if the JVMA decides necessary but will not be provided to unrelated third parties without permission. All personal information will be deleted in a certain period of time after the congress on the side of the WVAC 2026 registration management party, Japan Convention Services, Inc. If you wish to modify or delete your registered information or have any other questions, please contact the Registration Desk by email.


Disclaimer Regarding Appearance in Photos and Videos

By attending the congress, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

  • (a) Official camera staff will take photos/videos during the whole event and may be posted on the official website or some printed matters of the WVAC 2026.
  • (b) Due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices nowadays, the WVAC 2026 disclaims all liability for capturing your image by attendees in any multimedia format at the congress.

**Please note that a name badge is required to enter the opening ceremony venue. Upon arrival, be sure to collect your name badge at the Registration desk before proceeding to the opening ceremony venue.

**Important Notes**
On the morning of April 21 (the opening day), the registration desk is expected to be extremely busy due to the opening ceremony.
As noted above, the registration desk will also be open at certain times on the day before the congress. If you are staying nearby, we kindly encourage you to pick up your name badge in advance and proceed directly to the opening ceremony venue on the morning of the event.

  • Government-issued Photo ID, such as Passport, Driver’s License or Residence Card

<Prohibited Items>

  • Cans and glass bottles are not allowed inside the Opening Ceremony venue.
  • Drinks without lids are not permitted.
    (Please note that liquid screening will be conducted at the security checkpoint. Even if you bring a plastic bottle or a lidded tumbler, you may be asked to take a sip if it contains liquid.)
  • Long umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue.
    (They must be left at the umbrella stand; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or mix-up. In case of rain, please use a folding umbrella and keep it inside your bag when entering the venue.)
  • Large luggage such as suitcases is not allowed inside the venue. Please leave your belongings at your hotel whenever possible before coming to the venue.
  • Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording during the Opening Ceremony are not permitted.
  • Please arrive early and be seated by 9:50.
    (If you are not seated by this time, you may be asked to wait outside the venue, and entry may not be permitted depending on the situation.)

**Security screening using metal detectors and identity verification will be conducted at the entrance to the Opening Ceremony venue. Your identity will be verified by matching your face with your government-issued photo ID, and by confirming that the name on your ID matches the name on your name badge. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time when arriving at the venue. The name badge to be worn during the conference will display your name, affiliation, and country as provided at the time of registration.

Cloakroom Services A cloakroom will not be available during the convention, except during the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, April 21 (Hall A) and the Official Dinner on Thursday, April 23 (Hall B7).
Please note that the cloakroom is expected to be crowded even when open; therefore, we appreciate your cooperation in avoiding bringing large items to the venue.

Lunchtime Seminar Lunchtime seminars sponsored by this conference will be held from Tuesday, April 21 to Thursday, April 23, from 12:00 to 13:00. Complimentary temporary childcare service

A complimentary temporary childcare service will be available within the venue of the 41st World Veterinary Association Congress 2026 during the congress period from April 21 (Tue) to April 24 (Fri).
This service is available exclusively to registered participants of the Congress.
If you wish to use this service, please fill in the application form and apply only after understanding and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Which registration category should I choose if I do not fall under Veterinarian, Veterinary Nurse, or Student?
Please register under the Veterinarian category if you hold a veterinary license.
If you will still be a student during the congress period, you may register under the Student category.
All other general attendees are kindly requested to register under the Veterinary Nurse category.
Are there any scholarships or financial support available?
There are no scholarships or financial support programs available for this congress.
May I edit my registration details after submission?
Once the registration has been submitted, it cannot be edited in the system.
