演題募集要項
第41回世界獣医師は、以下の大会テーマに基づいて演題を募集いたします。
One Health for a Better Tomorrow: Veterinary Medicine Holds the Key
世界獣医師会 (WVA)および日本獣医師会（JVMA）は、第41回世界獣医師大会の最終プログラム選考対象となる抄録提出の要件をご案内いたします。
- 抄録の提出は、演題投稿専用のオンラインポータルサイトから行ってください。発表形式は口頭発表とポスター発表から選択いただけます。
- 大会の使用言語は英語です。抄録は、英語にてご提出ください。
- 著者1名につき、提出できる抄録は1件のみです。抄録本文を、入力画面の指示に従いテキスト（直接入力）とテンプレート（最大2ページまで）に沿ったPDF形式にて提出してください。
- 指定のテンプレートにて抄録を提出してください。テンプレートは、こちらからダウンロードいただけます。
- 筆頭著者の顔写真について：オンラインポータルから筆頭著者の顔写真をアップロードしてください。採択された場合、写真は最終プログラムに論文情報と共に掲載されます。
- 口頭発表とポスター発表は同等の扱いです。応募件数により、プログラム委員会が一部の発表をポスターセッションに変更する場合があります。
- 採択結果は、2026年2月下旬までにお知らせいたします。
- 抄録の提出をもって、2026年4月21日から24日に開催される世界獣医師学会のいずれの日でも発表が可能であることに同意するものとします。プログラム委員会は発表日についての個別の希望は受け付けられません。
- 発表者は必ず学会への参加登録を行う必要があります。抄録が採択され、現地で発表する場合は、2026年3月13日（金）までに参加登録及び登録費の支払いが完了している必要があります。期日までにお支払いを確認できない場合には、プログラムブックへの掲載が保証されません。
